| Go to top of email. It says Attach.Click on that and find the file you want to attach.Attach, that's it. TIP: If you want you too save pictures that come in your emails you can just click on and save as. Find a folder to put them away in.Then remember where you put them. When writing a email go to INSERT.A little box will come up.Browse to where the PIC is and click on it. Make sure your cursor is set where you want the pic or gif inserted and click on baseline. It will insert right in your message ,no attachment needed. You can do this for pictures, txt from a file. If you want to embed sound go to FORMAT,browse, find file, click it ,tell it whether you want it to play once or continuous. It is best to consider others when inserting sounds No MP3 Use wav or midi filemat You will want to make your special folders so incoming mail goes directly there. Also your mail rules can be made as you go,it keeps the spam at bay(sometimes) You can Block or it is better to make a delete rule. You get the message source and copy, paste that into the RULE and then check delete. These rules can always be changed if you change your mind. They are not set in cement. |
